Self praise.
Acerbic vehemence against a party whose cause he may come to judge.
Aggression and want of dignity.
Manifestly poor argument, such as appeal to the religious support of a daughter, one who must be ignnorant of the evidence.
Nocitur a sociis. He who lies with a dog gets up with fleas.
