Thre ws an organ-grindr named Greed, and he named his monkey Tony, though he was also known among the other monkeys as The Mad Monk because off his going on.

Tony had been king of the monkeys, but he was so silly that they dethroned him, and after  while, even the monkeys in his goup would not allow him to go to represent them.

One day, the organ-grinder, with Tony of course, ws out making money, which was his one thought, against he health regulations.  A policeman came along and warned them to cease breaking the law.

Tony, as he was trained to do, and for which he received extra peanuts, began jumping up annd down.  Then he started yelling, "Health dictatorship!!" over and over.  Now f course, Tony coould nont talk, but the organ-grinder was a very good ventriloquist, and was using his power and pulling the strings.

The wise old policeman smiled wearily - he had heard other monkeys saying similar silly things.  "No," he said, "it is a health democracy.  The dictator is death!"

Tony went on gibbering.  Logic did not bother him.
