In a recent article, an attackwas made on the Queensland judiciary generally alleging left-wing bias. It made a general allegation,followed by cherry-picked half-facts and emotive sub-headlines, which said nothing to support the allegation, but were presented as though they did.

It shouldbe sufficient refutation to remark that the articleappeaared in The Australian, and was written by Jamie Walker, whose education plainly did not extend to law, logic or ethics.
