It is with great sadness that we advise that Desmond Derrington passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of 23 Feb 2026.

Desmond practised law with distinction over many years and was respected by colleagues, clients and the courts alike for his intellect, discipline and unwavering commitment to his work. His contribution to the profession was substantial, and his professional legacy endures.
